This page is where you tell us what to do with your information. Everything here is free, and using it will never change the price you are quoted or the service you get.
The short version
We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we run no advertising or analytics trackers on this site. So the opt-out most of these pages exist to offer is already the state you are in. What is left worth doing here is asking for a copy of your data, correcting it, deleting it, or stopping our texts.
Stop our text messages
Fastest route: reply STOP to any message we have sent you. It takes effect immediately. You can also use the form on the SMS Terms page, which needs nothing but the number.
Or use the form below and pick “Stop texting me”. Unlike the other request types, that one is actioned the moment you submit it rather than queued for review — we do not hold a revocation behind an identity check.
Make a request
Tell us what you want and we will confirm receipt within 10 days and answer within 45. If we need longer because the request is genuinely complex, we will say so and tell you why.
If we say no
You can appeal. Reply to our decision and a different person will review it within 45 days (60 for Texas residents). If we still say no, we will tell you how to complain to your State Attorney General.
