These terms apply to this website and to the quote requests you submit through it. They are between you and Vita Nova Construction LLC, trading as Plumbing Concierge, 8109 Belmont Ct, North Richland Hills, TX 76182.

1. What this service is
Read this first
Plumbing Concierge is a coordination service. We scope the work, engage a licensed plumbing contractor, and manage the job — we do not perform plumbing work ourselves. Plumbing work is carried out by an independent, Texas-licensed plumbing contractor engaged for your job, whose licence number we give you before the work is agreed.
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing here takes a payment. Submitting the quote form starts a conversation; it does not form a contract or book a visit.
2. Quotations and scope
A quotation is valid for the period stated on it, or 14 days if no period is stated. Quotations are given on the information you provide and on what is visible without opening walls or floors. Plumbing frequently reveals more once access is gained; where it does, we will bring you a revised scope and price before the additional work is carried out, not afterwards.
A contract for the work comes into existence when you accept a written scope and price, on the terms of that acceptance.
3. The calculators
The sizing and cost tools on this site are estimators, and each one prints the assumptions it makes. They are intended to help you understand your options before you speak to anyone. They are not a specification, a diagnosis or a quotation, and they do not account for the specifics of your property — pipe condition, gas supply, venting, or local code.
Do not rely on a calculator result alone when buying equipment. Where a figure matters, we will confirm it as part of the scope.
4. Acceptable use
Use the site for its purpose. Do not attempt to break it, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, submit forms you have no genuine interest in, or submit someone else’s phone number to our text message program. That last one is not just rude — it exposes both of us to a claim under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
5. Our content
The text, layout and branding on this site belong to us. You may read, print and link to them. You may not republish them as your own.
6. The contractor relationship
The plumbing contractor engaged for your job is an independent business, licensed and insured in its own right. We select and manage them; we do not employ them and we do not supervise the technical execution of licensed plumbing work, which is theirs to perform to code. Manufacturer warranties on equipment are given by the manufacturer.
7. Liability
This site is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or from reliance on information published on it, including the calculators. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Liability arising from a job we actually coordinate is governed by the written scope for that job, not by this page.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts sitting in Tarrant County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one on this page when you use the site, and the date at the top says when it last changed.
