How it works
What we do, and what we do not.
Serving North Richland Hills and the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.
Plumbing Concierge is a coordination service. We scope the work, engage a licensed plumbing contractor, and manage the job — we do not perform plumbing work ourselves.
Diagnosis & Scope
Work out what is actually wrong before anyone quotes on it.
Most bad plumbing outcomes start with a vague scope. We establish what the problem is, what it will take to put right, and what it should not cost, and we write that down. You get a specification you could hand to any plumber — including one you find yourself.
- A written scope, not a verbal estimate
- Fixture, pipe material and access all recorded up front
- Clear separation of what is urgent from what can wait
- Yours to keep, whoever ends up doing the work
Licensed Plumber Matching
We engage a licensed plumber suited to the job and check the licence.
We hold relationships with licensed plumbing contractors across the Dallas–Fort Worth area and match the job to one whose trade and availability actually fit it. Every licence is checked as current with the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners before we put anyone in front of you.
- Licence verified current with the TSBPE before engagement
- Matched on trade and availability, not on who answers first
- Insurance confirmed before work starts
- You see the licence number before you agree to anything
Project Management
One point of contact from the first call to the final walk-through.
We manage scheduling, access, permits where they apply, and the handover. If something changes mid-job you hear it from us with a revised number before the work happens, not as a surprise on the invoice.
- One contact for the whole job
- Change orders priced before the work, never after
- Permit and inspection coordination where required
- Final walk-through against the original scope
Renovation & New Build Coordination
The plumbing side of a remodel, sequenced against the rest of the build.
Vita Nova Construction has built homes for years, and the plumbing is where remodel schedules most often come apart — rough-in that misses the inspection window, fixtures that arrive after the walls close. We sequence the plumbing against the rest of the build so it lands in the right order.
- Rough-in sequenced against framing and inspection dates
- Fixture lead times tracked before the walls close
- Coordination with the general contractor already on site
- Backed by a builder who has run the whole job before
